Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a MBA in Finance. He started his career as an auditor in KPMG Peat Marwick in Boston with Certified Public Accountant certificates in the states of Massachusetts, California, and Nevada. Tom is fluent in Spanish and spent the previous 12 years dividing his time between the United States and Latin America as a partner and the chief operating officer in an international study abroad and educational travel company. He relocated back to the United States full-time in August 2017 to focus on launching his new, “feel good” organization called Be Something Wonderful, founded by Tom in 2016.
Born and raised in the greater Boston area, Tom studied Kenpo karate in his early years, earning his black belt at age 19. He recently returned to snowboarding after a nearly 15-year hiatus, and typically starts his day around 4:00 AM with an intense work out at the gym. Tom currently resides in Southern California.
Mark and his wife of 25 years, Kirsten, reside in Las Vegas and have three children. In his free time, he has formed a non-profit football organization called TMT Elite Football, in association with Floyd Mayweather, which affords youth the opportunity to play organized tackle football. The organization teaches the importance of respect, perseverance, and education while preparing kids for sports at the high school level.
His true passion, however, has been working with adolescent athletes as they navigate challenging times in their life.
Ryan has worked in the lacrosse community since 2005, teaming up with high school, collegiate, and club programs across the country. He recognizes the landscape for athletes has shifted tremendously, and believes that wins and losses do not predicate success, but rather how we identify as athletes both on and off the field.
A transplant from Maryland and recent graduate from the University of Utah School of Business, where he earned his MBA, Ryan spends his off time mountain biking, skiing, and coaching lacrosse.
Devin enjoys being outdoors and hiking, watching football, riding horses, riding ATVs, and traveling.
